Norman Choi is the Chief Executive Officer of OIO Group & De Tomaso Automobili. He was formerly the Owner, Chairman, and CEO of Apollo Automobil, where he led the development of the Apollo IE. With over 15 years of experience building hypercar brands and cultivating relationships with a global UHNW clientele, he has established himself as a leader in the luxury automotive sector.
Jason Wong
CFO
Jason Wong is the Chief Financial Officer of OIO Group & De Tomaso Automobili. He brings invaluable industry experience from a career in banking and leads the company’s global financial strategy, planning and operations.
Diana Majcher
COO
Diana Majcher has previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Apollo Automobil and now OIO Group & De Tomaso Automobili. A seasoned business executive, she brings extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity.
Jakub Jodlowski
Design Director
Jakub is the former Lead Designer of Apollo Automobil. With over 12 years of experience in technical vehicle design, he has led CAD development for both Apollo and De Tomaso projects, bridging the gap between design studios, engineering teams and business strategy to bring visionary concepts to reality for OIO Group.
Jacob Hamilton
CMO
Jake Hamilton leads the marketing functions at OIO Group & De Tomaso Automobili. Deeply involved in product strategy and management, he brings extensive industry brand expertise to elevate the experience of the company’s UHNW clientele.

Over more than 15 years, he has built and shaped hypercar brands while developing enduring relationships with a global ultra-high-net-worth clientele, positioning himself at the forefront of the luxury automotive space.
Quek Leng Chuang
Executive Director
Quek Leng Chuang is the founder of ESA and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of OIO Group. He brings extensive experience in environmental solutions and business strategy, supported by a background in engineering and business administration.
Law Beng Hui
Executive Director
Law Beng Hui serves as OIO Groups Chief Growth and Sustainability Officer and director. With over 20 years of experience in business strategy, brand management, and sustainability, he has held senior roles at Diageo and WPP and co-founded chemical recycling company NewOil Solutions.
Lim Boon Yew Gary
Independent Director
Lim Boon Yew Gary has served as OIO Groups, formerly ESGL, independent director since 2023 and is currently Executive Director at Rockpool Capital in Hong Kong. He brings extensive experience in wealth management, corporate governance, and leadership, having held senior roles at ZACD Group, A.Plus International, and Toppan Vite.
Yao Xuan James Chong

Yao Xuan James Chong brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including CFO roles at 8 Capital Asset Management and SmartBlock, with additional leadership across asset management, fintech, and listed companies in Asia.
Ernest Fong
Independent Director
Ernest Fong has served as OIO Groups, formerly ESGL, independent director since 2023 and is the Asia Pacific CEO of Optimas Capital. He brings over two decades of investment banking and research leadership, including as Head of Markets Research for Asia Pacific at Credit Suisse.
Su Chin Yow
Independent Director
Su Chin Yow brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking and wealth management, having held senior roles at DBS Bank, Bank of Singapore, and Aura Group, and currently advises high net worth individuals and boards across Asia.
